Privacy Policy
What we store
Your email address, an optional display name, and the records you create: partners (aliases you choose), locations, and encounters with a date, a rating and an optional private note. We never ask for a partner's real name, phone number, or email.
Why we store it
Solely to show you your own history and personal statistics. We do not sell data, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not share your records with anyone.
How it is protected
All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS and data is encrypted at rest by our hosting provider. Passwords are stored as secure hashes. Every record is bound to your account and enforced by database-level access rules, so no other user — and no part of the app running in your browser — can read another person's records.
Administrator access
A small number of authorised administrators of this service can access account information and the records stored in an account — including partners, encounters, ratings, notes and wishlist goals — for support, safety, moderation and service reporting. Administrators are bound to use this access only for those purposes. If you prefer no one to be able to see a detail, do not record it here.
Retention and deletion
Your records are retained until you delete them. Deleting an encounter, partner or location removes it immediately. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and every record attached to it. Encrypted infrastructure backups may retain deleted data for a short period before being rotated out.
Your controls
From Settings you can export a complete copy of your data as a JSON file, change your password, or permanently delete your account.
Notifications
We keep messages generic. We will never include partner names, ratings or note content in an email subject line or notification preview.
